Please RSVP by 1 January 2027 so we can plan for you, including overnight cabin stays at the camp.

Only the people named on your invitation are invited, including any plus one listed by name. Please do not bring additional guests.

The day

How the afternoon unfolds

Ceremony at three, celebration from five. Arrive a little early so the afternoon can begin in peace.

  1. Before 3:00 pm

    Ceremony

    Please arrive before 3:00 pm so we can begin without interruptions.

  2. After the ceremony

    A short pause

    Time for photos, a drink, and settling into the grounds before we gather again.

  3. 4:50 pm · 5:00 pm

    Reception

    Please be seated by 4:50 pm. Reception begins at 5:00 pm at Hunua Falls Camp.

Stay the night

Book a cabin when you RSVP

In the RSVP you can request an on-site cabin room at Hunua Falls Camp. If you ask to stay, we will reserve a room for you. Families each get their own separate room.

  • Cabin rooms have multiple bunks
  • Please bring your own blankets and pillows
  • Please be packed and out by 10:00 am the next morning, when our venue reservation ends
  • Rooms are reserved through the RSVP. If you do not book ahead, one may not be available on the day

Getting there

Hunua Falls Camp is at 203 Falls Road, Hunua 2583. Allow extra time for rural roads, plan to arrive before 3:00 pm for the ceremony, and carpool where you can as parking is limited.

Thank you for being part of our special day. Your presence is gift enough. If you feel inclined to give a wedding gift, a contribution toward our honeymoon would help us start newlywed life off right.
